Rheinbach – Tip in the "Rheinland"

The Rheinbach business site has a total area of approximately 150 hectares (370 acres). Areas are immediately available. Individually tailored offers to trade, industry and service enterprises can be provided, which will be found to be cost-effective. The land price of Industries that have already settled here lies between eight and twelve percent of their total investment.

Every industrial park has its special features. We attempt to tailor plots of land to the individual requirements of each firm.

In decisions regarding capital investments the marginal factors, such as environment, living and services, play an important role. From this point of view the Rheinbach site is a genuine alternative for firms in the Cologne/Bonn region.

Location of industrial areas

At present three trading estates are available:

1. Industry Park North 1
2. Industry Park North 2
3. Hochschulviertel

Further areas have been secured for future use, such as the "Schornbuschweg" site comprising about 37.500 square metres. This particular area has planning permission for sport and leisure facilitiess, including hotels.
