In the college of technology firms can receive support in the field of material science, supported by excellent modern equipment and technological facilities. The training- and conference rooms are equipped in accordance with modern communication and media standards.

The central rainwater recovery system permits irrigation of the parks and also supplies toilets - hence avoiding the use of drinking water. This results in considerable economic and ecological savings.

The multipurpose conduits for telecommunications and computers guarantee time effective working, which is particularly relevant for inhouse expansion of companies.The whole area is fenced off and video-surveyed. There are additional video cameras within the building and floodlights on the roof, to guarantee an optimal surveillance. For this purpose a photovoltaic system with approximately 12.000 solar cells has been installed.
