Seven buildings in the Marie-Curie-Straße 1-5, at the Rheinbach site, form the gtz complex with associated factory area.
The subsidized rents for start-ups as well as for young enterprises (up to 5 years old) are slowly brought into line with the general price level in Rheinbach by regulated annual price increases.

Industrial facilities from 15 square metres upwards can be rented. The calculation basis for the rentable rooms follows the directive from the "Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e.V." (gif). The directive includes the rules in DIN 277 (Base-areas and volumes of buildings).
The duration of industrial leasing contracts is limited to five years.
The aim, to support the leading sector of glass, ceramics and new materials is taken into account by the use of financial incentives.
